Fixed Dots aren't removed from URL's if the title is empty of full of .'s

As per this thread:

If someone titles something with just periods, the URL becomes /.ID/, and if your webserver denies access to dot files then anyone trying to read this thread or conversation will be hit with a 403 forbidden.

Not sure what the behavior is if your title contains words and dots.. such as "...Hey", but a title such as "..." would become /.id/

In the thread Jake suggests removing the dot automatically if the URL is empty or contains dots itself.
