As designed Disabling add-on doesn't disable style properties

This has to be a 1.3 thing if we want to do it as otherwise it's a big backwards compatibility break potentially (and can trigger errors in debug mode from customized templates).
I just wanted to add that when I disable an addon, it's user permissions also do not go away. Like I can still edit the user permissions for that addon even when it's disabled. Is this issue related to this bug, is it a different bug or is it just my site?

I'm going to change tact here a bit and generally call this as designed, though I don't recall the original text of the linked thread.

XF2 should hide the style properties from editing if an add-on is disabled, but they'll still be in the cache. Changing this could break template compilation.
