Future Fix Disabling add-on doesn't disable style properties

    This has to be a 1.3 thing if we want to do it as otherwise it's a big backwards compatibility break potentially (and can trigger errors in debug mode from customized templates).

    I just wanted to add that when I disable an addon, it's user permissions also do not go away. Like I can still edit the user permissions for that addon even when it's disabled. Is this issue related to this bug, is it a different bug or is it just my site?

    That's expected for the most part. Similar bug but no relation.
