XF 1.2 Design ideas please for a 3 state switch/button

I have an addon being developed for Xenforo which operates in 3 modes: Off / Manual / Automatic
How would you design a graphical 'switch' (maybe with jQuery?) which allows the user to easily select one of the three modes, while taking up a minimal amount of space on the page?
