XF 1.1 CSS Isssues On Many Forums - Chrome / IE / Firefox

Has anyone experienced site issues that affect all browsers on your own machine but not on others.

Who is your ISP?
Is there anything unusual or specific about how you connect to the internet?

Virgin Media .

Depends on what you class as unusual, I've got a lot of blocks on my router to stop daughter using social media (the tyrant i am) but mostly keywords.

I'd say about 30% of sites have the issue.

Is it only XenForo sites?

View the source of one of the pages that has the issue and you will see a line that looks like:

<link rel="stylesheet" href="css.php?css=xenforo,form,public&amp;style=1&amp;dir=LTR&amp;d=1371056801" />

Click on it - it should output CSS. I presume it won't. But if there is any errors loading it, you will hopefully see any messages clearly.

That's got it Chris, because i'm keyword blocking facebook it won't load.
