"Could not open socket"

Hello,

I am posting here as I cannot post in the troubleshooting section.

Please could you help me with the above.

I have got an email which is through Gmail, it is a custom domain also bought through gmail, but it isn't sending out the automatic approval emails when people sign up to the forums. I have put in the manual Gmail SMTP with the correct details, waited around 7 hours, and it still is not working.

Could anyone post some help please?

Support can only be provided in the appropriate forums, and you can only post there if you have a license.

If you are licensed then log into the Customer area and add your forum username to the "Forum users" page.
