XF 1.2 Choosing GD - ImageMagick in ACP

I know this sounds weird, but it will not let me choose (radio button) ImageMagick in the settings, tried on two different computers.

Email your hosting company and ask them to install Imagemagick with PECL Extension.

Ask them to install it again and make sure they know to install the PECL extension.

You need to email them and indicate that ImageMagic is not working and to make sure the PECL extension is also working.

The host did have it installed on server but not active.
