Implemented Check for New Posts

Please consider adding a "check for new posts" button function when viewing a thread.

The purpose is to check for new posts when someone walks away for a period of time, and is able to click it to see if new posts have been posted while they are away. If there are new posts, the posts are AJAXed in to the end of the page.

I personally would consider that clutter and I'm happy with just Ctrl F5 / cmd R. But it sounds like a nice idea for a modification.
