XF 1.2 Can no longer send pms? (admin)

I've checked permissions and they're all set to enabled/allow

I can't see any option to send PMs to my members anymore?

Have you disallowed the users from receiving a new conversation? If you disable add-ons, do you have the option?

Thanks for the reply. It appears to be just me who can't send message as admin?

I can see permissions are set to allowed. I don't think I've got it turned off anywhere else and people can PM me but I can't see the start a conversation myself?

Are you on a secondary group as well? Also, can you check your own individual permissions?

If it is just you, verify your specific permissions. if not, please provide admin details so I may look into it for you.
