Hello,
I would like to know since you can only transfer a license ONCE!

What if I bought a used license and create a successful forum that someone would like to acquire, what would be the process then?

Also what is the reason for not allowing the license to be sold/transferred more than once?

As far as what would happen if you bought a used license and created a successful forum that someone wants to acquire they would have to buy a new license. As far as why I do not know.
