Where the heck do I find the correct property to change the entire border of the forum? I can't find it anywhere.

Hello Ozzy.. The border than surrounds the entire forum. As in this pic you can see it next to the nav bar.

admincp > appearance > styles > style properties > page setup > background > color
admincp > appearance > styles > style properties > border and spacing

Go to styles -> style properties -> blocks -> block border framework

yes I'm referring to the black border. I've checked that area as well. No black border indicated in that property. Just my site colors which aren't black.

Change the left one to green and see it for yourself. That must be the one.

Tried. Changed to red and it changes the border around the forums not the page itself.

Well your screenshot made it look like you want to change the border around forums, it looks like that.

I don't know actually what border that is, the default forum doesn't have it. Better ask the theme developer or just try to inspect the element and target it by using css in your extra.less.
