Best Software for 'LOCALHOST'

There's nothing special about "localhost". It is just a self, referencing hostname. Remove it from your host file and it won't work just like any other hostname.

I use WAMP, never had a problem with it until the early days of XF, but it is now fixed and working perfectly Oh and Skype causes it issues.... but on the Plus side of WAMP is it is very simple for non tech people.. down side is it might not be as clever as some of the other systems, I dunno.

Ease of use is a big one for me.
