How are you guys deciding what add ons are included in your subscription plan these days?

It seems some of the new ones like Monetize, XWiki and Xpress aren't included:

Are there any plans for an XF subscription that gets you everything?

Thanks @ozzy47 and like he quoted its something we plan to add to Pro soon, maybe early next week I think.

Subscriptions are meant to save money on average, even often vastly on average. If we had some of our LARGE systems, that disproportions that savings. If you need those large systems, you need them. If you don't you don't. All the smaller add-ons, while some actually took us a huge amount of time, like Topics, we try to keep them scoped into the plan when we can. Its something we are trying to be flexible with, and right now ALL our themes and just about all our add-ons save for yeah 3? are in the plan.
 
That’s fair enough. Not denying the scope and size of some of your most recent add ons or trying to insinuate anything else. Was just curious if there would be an all in plan, that’s all. Looking forward to seeing what’s next on your release list seeing as you’ve been knocking it out of the park with the complimentary add on releases to the core :)

It's been a while since I've used it, but I think the main problem for me is that just wasn't flexible enough for me, or as flexible as I wanted it to be. Seemed like every time I went to use it for something there was some kind of unexpected restraint. I dug up an old post of mine from the Topics thread which I'll just quote here. Not sure whether or not it will be clear to you what I'm going on about, but maybe it will explain at least partly what I was struggling with:

Any plans to create some more in depth instructional videos for the addon? Because a major stumbling block for me when it comes to using the thread topics is that it seems to be necessary to apply a visible first topic to all the threads in a node in order to keep them from being moved. I used the batch tool to create topics for all of my forums, but then found that if I tried to apply one of those topics to threads in a node it would move the threads to the node with the same name. So apparently any topics created like that can only be applied as secondary topics if you don't want your threads moved. So to make sure that doesn't happen you can create a topic yourself and apply it to that same node, and then apply any additional one(s) you want, but then you're always stuck with at least two topics on those threads, one of which is redundant/superfluous (at least in my experience). If I'm making any sense. The bottom line is I need the dummie's guide! :)

Also, I'd point out that many of us are already using Xon's Multi-Prefix and/or Prefix Essentials addons. So while I'd be interested in seeing your own implementation, I'm pretty happy with Xon's addons. I guess I'd just suggest you guys work to make them compatible, because I'm not sure it would be to your advantage to make people have to choose between the two (or three). ;)
