Fixed Attachment Browser: End Date

Maybe it is a bug, maybe not, but you got two different behavior for the same function

If you choose a Date Presets in the Staistics the End Date would be filled automaticlly. If you use the same in the Attachment Browser the field for the End Date remains empty. In my opinion both parts should have the same behavior and fill the field

I sort of prefer if it doesn't fill in the end field unless you specifically want an end date. (With it not filled in, it will keep up with refreshes.)

So I've made them both behave like that.
