Not a bug Alerts que “Like" history

I received a "like" at two different times.
I suspect the user clicked "like" then "unlike" then "like" again.
If the user clicks "unlike", the "like" alert should be removed.

I just went through that thread, mu2010 liked two of your posts: #43, and #51. Those are probably why you received 2 within 2 minutes, unless you received an additional like from mu2010 for that thread and then he unliked it (for a total of 3 alerts) I would say it is not a bug.

The Like alert is removed if you unlike it.

Indeed it is and the two like alerts correspond with the likes as far as I can see:
