Having an issue where alert notifications have stopped for all users when someone replies to a thread/post. No notifications or emails are sent. Conversations are working normally.
If this applies to everyone (and assuming we're specifically talking about alerts), then I'd guess that an add-on is involved. I'd have to recommend confirming with add-ons disabled.
