XF 1.2 After Updates, Everything Changed and lots of errors...

Surprising, but i expected the update to be problem free and it was, the update process was a a breeze, never encountered any problem even in the installation. However, after installation i find that the users are now waiting for admin approval while earlier it was auto approval. Then again after registration and confirmation users are unable to post, servers keeps throwing them out telling 'an error occurred'.

Any ideas to solve these...

Also another error that i keep getting when i try to update the add-ons:
Fatal error: Unsupported operand types in /home/XXXX/public_html/xxxxavericks.com/forum/library/AddOnInstaller/ControllerAdmin/AddOn.php on line 248

Disable all your add-ons. It looks like it is a problem with one of them

That error is being thrown by an add-on called Add On Installer.

You will also need to set up the relevant options related to registration and spam.
