Admin not getting email notifications.

The best staff member I ever had left in October but is not back. She has a problem however, she is not getting email notifications. She has checked her spam folder and cannot find anything.

I have send her some test messages that should have created an email. In the admin control panel I took a look and didn't see a problem.

Any ideas on what I could be missing.
 
Any particular kind of notification? PMs? Watched threads?

For PMs there is a user preference:

For threads there is another preference that enables an opt-in option when posting:

http://xenforo.com/community/account/preferences

...but this is not retroactive to existing threads. Here are some queries to enable "email watching" for existing users and threads if you want:

Or maybe this is not a problem with user prefs. Maybe it's a problem with the email. But the only way to know that is to consult with your host to examine the mail logs.
