Implemented Add admin logging

This originally was a suggestion for both moderator and admin logging. I think that moderator logging has been dealt with (unless it's not logging everything, in which case can we please have this?)

Anyway, it would be good if we could also have admin logging too.

There's nothing to do, really, in terms of Admin logging:



All of the logging is inherent within the XenForo Admin CP. It pretty much just logs every POST request.

In terms of moderator logging, yeah, everything is already logged as of 1.0.0. (Worth noting, if testing, actions on your own media will not be logged).
