Pretty much like the node list (or any other filter list in XenForo) I figured there wasn't really anything to screenshot for it because without an Add-on that supports it, it's fairly useless

On it's own it doesn't do anything, but if you use it with [AD] Credits: Core it will create a notification of sorts when someone has requested to withdraw their credits. That is the only add-on that supports it currently. It's similar to XenForo's Alert system, but for the AdminCP.
