Abuse of ratings in forum

Hello,

I have a user who is abusing the rating system in our forum and has left over 1,000 negative ratings. This is the first time this has ever happened and I am not sure how to remove the ratings. I have already removed the user's forum privileges, but I need to remove the actual ratings that he left. He used the icons that we have on our forum to create negative ratings. Any help is appreciated.

Are these ratings related to an add-on?

If so, you will need to post on the add-on thread for support.
