XF 1.4 9"> - Weird Codes in New Thread Posts

Hi everyone ,
I am facing this weird error in my one week old new forum,
New thread posts are messed up with some random codes, like 6">

when i edit in advanced mode, it gets worst .. as shown in second image,
i am newbie to xenforo, i tried my best, but i couldn't solve this issue,

i tried uninstalling TinyQuattro 2.5.1,
now i am using default editor, still facing the same error,

these are the list of add ons, i am having now..

   • Hide links to guests 1.0
   • Nodes As Tabs 1.2.2
   • WordPress 3.x User Importer 1.1
   • [******] Custom Node Icon 0.9

also i have uninstalled widget framework .

Go to <url>/admin.php?tools/phpinfo and look for the mbstring section. What does the mbstring.func_overload value say?

and the values are zero only,

If you disable all add-ons and flip to a totally unedited style, can you still confirm it? If so, please submit a ticket with FTP and ACP access details and I'll have a look.
