Yes, that's right - when I add https://www.fishandfly.com/feed/ as an RSS feed to https://www.flyfishing.co.uk it won't save it - it just tries to save it and eventually just stops and leaves the RSS entry box open. Do you think it would be something to do with security...

Hi, I have a member who is continually being asked to log in again every time he tries to view or post anything on the forum. He has toggled the 'keep me signed in' but it doesn't seem to be working. He's on an iPhone. Can anyone shed some light on why this is happening?

The problem is that link has disappeared - when I go into the admin area literally every page says 'The site is currently being upgraded. Please check back later.' There's no link to upgrade from unfortunately, so I'm going to see if the server company can restore a previous version from earlier...

We have a backup on the server which I can restore to get it going today, I’ll try that!

I started it as in I clicked ‘upgrade now’ and downloaded the files etc but it then got to a screen saying I needed to back up etc and the site was large so I should consider doing it a different way. I stopped at that point and bought the Xenforo upgrade service....

Hi all, I’ve just ordered the upgrade service and now when I go on the site it just says ‘the site is being upgraded’ and I can’t access any of the admin areas. Does anyone know if the people doing the upgrades work at the weekends, as I don’t want the site to be down all day! Thanks :)

I have a couple of users complaining that when they try to open a thumbnail image the image does not load properly. Only a strip of the image loads, with black either side. They're all using Apple devices, in Safari on iPhones, iPads and Mac. Is there anything I can do about this? A related...

Yes that makes sense. It would be good to know if it was possible to disable it but perhaps I also need to take less notice of the few who like to complain!

Thanks, I think that is an ad template that our ad company put in. I am not sure if I've done it right but I've changed the height to 700px and it seems to have improved. Thankyou!

Hi, I hope this is not a stupid question, but there is a large empty space at the bottom of all our forum pages and I cannot figure out how to remove it. The site is https://fishingmagic.com/forums/ If you could direct me to how to reduce this space I would really appreciate it! Thanks.
