Any updates on this @adamgreenough?
I have a few users complaining about this. iOS, and I'm fairly sure Safari. Hitting enter is randomly selecting text, and then a subsequent enter (to make a full line break with spacing) of course completely deletes that text.
Hey all. Haven't seen a similar question so perhaps I'm not even phrasing it correctly. I'v seen a few XF forums where this part:
Stays at the top of the screen while you scroll down, so that those links are always available even at the bottom of the page. Is this a setting that I can't find...
I rebuilt master data which seems to have fixed the issue. So I guess now my question is, is that a reliable or permanent solution when this happens? Or should I be doing something else?
edit: ah it looks like it was a permissions issue. N/m.
We recently had our host upgrade php and Apache, and now all of our images are missing, including avatars and all of the standard XF graphics.
I'm not sure why a php upgrade would have done this. Nothing was changed in the database itself so it seems like XF just can't find them.
Hey @Gator, this looks great, but we're having trouble getting the CSS to actually work.
Do you know what's happening here? From my layman's perspective it seems the styles in all the headers and footers are messed up.
Post/message pane content itself, however, is fine.
Hey all -
On XF 1.x we used to get notifications for users pending approval. Moved to 2.0 about a month ago and now I don't get any notifications. There's also no "users awaiting approval" queue that I can see. I have to list all users, sort by last join, and manually change their status to...
We had an add-on for this on 1.x, but that developer has since stopped making add-ons. I couldn't find anything in the 2.x add-ons list that claimed to support this. Essentially, it's just a New Posts button (like at the top nav) that shows up at the bottom of each page of a thread, so the user...
I'm also interested in being able to change the background color for alerts. Users are complaining that there's not enough contrast between old and new alerts. I've fiddled with colors but can't figure it out. Any ideas?
Our 1440p and 2160p users want post width extended. I've just gotten to 2.1.0 and can't seem to find the right style template setting for this. Here's a post from my 1440p resolution. The post only takes up about a third of the available width. How can I make this wider?
Yeah, that would be way quicker for sure.
I've had no issues with the following upgrades on my test instance.
1.5.18 -> 1.5.23
1.5.23 -> 2.0.0
Now doing 2.0.0 to 2.0.12, then if that's ok I'll try 2.1.0. Maybe this was the smarter way all along...
