I have XenPorta installed and put New Threads and New Replies widgets on the portal page. I also put them on the forum page at the same time. It worked well for a while, but after updating a bunch of mods(including XenPorta and Widget Framework), the New Threads and New Replies widgets stopped...
I like the idea of giving trophies for owning certain games, but is there a functionality of giving trophies for owning multiple games? Selecting multiple games as the criteria just gives a trophy for owning any one of the selected games.
EDIT: I believe the answer lies within these lines here...
Spoilers won't open when at least one single-quote(') is present in the spoiler title, meaning I'd have to discourage using possessives or contractions; or I'd have to encourage using double-quotes instead.
Hm, it's the same thing even after disabling every add-on and switching to the default style. All of my template mods were done using the Template Mod System, and even that was disabled. Could it have something to do with my webhost's server?
I also noticed that the CSS for the steamprofile...
I'm using Nightly, but it also occurs in Chrome and IE.
It's probably not a cache issue, since the problem occurs whether the cache is purged or not, and the cache is only created when the Steam block loads successfully.
Does anyone know why the Steam block disappears most of the time when the page it's on is refreshed?
Here's what it looks like when it's gone:
Now here's it looks like when it's actually there:
The disappeared one has a title...
Your live map is stretching the forums into the sidebar. Why don't you remove it? You already have a separate page for it.
EDIT: If I'm understanding this right, you put the live map code on the page's description? You're supposed to put it in the Template HTML box under the Page Options tab.
You're right, but XAMPP is a cross-platform bundle. Depending on what OS you use, the setting will change on its own. In order to change this setting regardless of platform, a line must be added to the "my.ini" file. (I'm using XAMPP, too.)
According to this, it has a lot to do with Windows, since "lower_case_table_names" is set to 1 by default. In which case, all table names are force converted to lower-case. The default is 0 in Linux. This variable has to be reconfigured to match your web server's OS.
I uploaded my XenForo installation from localhost to a webhost(files via FTP and database via Sypex Dumper) and got this error whenever I accessed the portal:
After searching extensively, I found out that the database table names suddenly became case-sensitive. The XenPorta scripts reference...
For those using the Donation block while on a Windows server or using XAMPP or WAMP in a Windows environment, I discovered a fix from PHP.net.
Simply open "Donations.php" from "[Xenforo directory]/library/EWRporta/Block" and paste this code after "<?php":
I have these mods.
But I think the bug has something to do with me clicking too fast. Everything seems to go well when I delay a few seconds between clicks. By the way, I'm on localhost and the server is a portable hard drive.
