Correct. Support is going away. There is no need for me to spend 4-5 hours a day any longer on this product. It's been replaced by another. And after 5 years, I cannot be any happier. License holders for years know that I continue to work on my product, at my own pace. Again. AT MY PACE and not...

    XF 2.0 Setup.php for Addon

Fixed the second line and re-ran the command in the terminal. Worked like a charm. (y)

    XF 2.0 Setup.php for Addon

Dang it. Apparently, one of my auto and key definitions is wrong. :p Update: It's obvious once I went back and looked. The second line for xenwriter_document_id. Sigh.

    XF 2.0 Setup.php for Addon

Thank you. I made the changes and now am looking to figure out the difference between mediumtext and text. Update: Best source on the four types: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/13932750/tinytext-text-mediumtext-and-longtext-maximum-storage-sizes

    XF 2.0 Setup.php for Addon

Good point. I was starting with the database and haven't built any entities. This was the approach (1) Create the controller and get it routed properly. (2) Build simple templates (3) Build simple widgets for placeholders. (4) Build the database tables I'm on step 4 and haven't decided on step...

    XF 2.0 Setup.php for Addon

Thank you. I haven't tried it yet. It seemed better to look over the table creation code and make sure these are appropriate tables and columns to add. Is 'content' set to 'text' appropriate? Is 'title' okay to have varchar? I've seen a few addons use text, here.

    XF 2.0 Setup.php for Addon

A basic addon was written and is being expanded to use the XF database. Setup.php <?php namespace TRN\XenWriter; use XF\AddOn\AbstractSetup; use XF\AddOn\StepRunnerInstallTrait; use XF\AddOn\StepRunnerUninstallTrait; use XF\AddOn\StepRunnerUpgradeTrait; use XF\Db\Schema\Alter; use...

Thank you. The 37x37 is set in the CSS. However, you can change the div.thumbnail img in the widget_trn_xenlate_latestposts.css template or override it in the extra.less. div.thumbnail img { width: 37px; height: 37px; float: left; margin-top: 2px; margin-right: 5px...

XF 2.0 Guidance Please: Creating "Page" via Addon

OK. Figured it out and then I see your reply @NixFifty and @S Thomas :) The key is the difference between \XF\Pub\Controller and \Pub\Controller as well as what I was writing in the router. Step 1: Documentation.php in the addons\TRN\HelloWorld\Pub\Controller namespace...

XF 2.0 Guidance Please: Creating "Page" via Addon

Using an addon, I'm wanting to create a "page/section" called documentation. I've followed the guide for building an addon to replace IndexAction for Members and the code works fine. Now, I'm trying to build a "Hello World" addon that would have the route...

AFAIK, the number of views isn't native to WordPress. It would require a counter. Maybe something like this: https://www.themexpert.com/blog/track-display-post-views-in-wordpress WordPress and XenForo are all that is required. No other requirements.

I avoided linking in this release due to paths. I can see it getting complicated quickly with different configurations and have to think it through. I matched the way XenForo does tags at the top of a thread.

You don’t see anything when you go to the Admin CP then click on Addon? The icon for the addon is a pug.
