[TH] Nodes for grid, custom styling, and custom icons 1.1.1 Patch Level 1

Changes:

• Added an option to set the node background image as OG image for threads and nodes.
• Resolved an issue that would prevent per-style modifications of the node styling generator macro.
• Resolved an issue that would render sub-node icons with the wrong markup.
• Added a style property to enable node icons.

Enhancements:

• Add support for node icons to work for sub forums on forum list.
• Adds ability to copy style from one node to another.
• Option added for create thread trigger to go straight to create thread page (and not modal).

• Added ability to add unlimited custom colors for nodes, added as a css variable for advanced styling

• Node background and text colors now included as CSS variables.

• Node styling may now be quickly toggled on/off from the node styling page.

• The data registry and template cache have been split up to a per-style cache to prevent data truncation on boards with many styles.

• Improved descriptions which are added in node layout and styling
• You are now able to see which theme you are editing on sub-pages
• Added watch icon/action in node footer
• Forum and thread view title bars now get styling from the nodes add-on applied to them

Note: In this update we have disabled both node grid and styling by default, please make sure you enable these in your style under Stile Properties -> [TH] Nodes: Grid and [TH] Nodes: Styling

• Option to retain text styling (font color, etc) when a background image is assigned to a node

• th_node--hasBackgroundImage class missing under certain circumstances
