What does this add-on do?
This add-on allows for buttons to be made available when viewing a forum to allow you to create a resource with a thread in that forum.

For any category that has selected a forum to post a thread into when a resource created, a button will appear in that category.

If there is more than one category linked to a forum, the user will be asked to select a category before creating a resource. Otherwise, it will jump straight to the add resource page.

Once the resource is created, it redirects to the automatically created thread, rather than the resource overview.

This is a critical add-on for those wanting to integrate their Forums fully with the Resource Manager. Really it should be included in the core RM package. Without it Forums members are going to have to click on Resources to get to the Resource Manager. With it you get Resource in the right place in the Forums and in the RM....:)
Absolutely essentially. Love it and wish the Resource Manager did this by default. It'd save a lot of questions.
Should be a default option. Thanks.
excellent
Great addon. Should be a default option for Resource Manager. I have many forums that are dedicated to RM. We don't allow new threads to be created in these forums. A lot of new people couldn't figure out how to post a resource, due to them trying to post a resource via the linked forums.

This completely solves this issue. Should make it easier for all members of the community to contribute resources now. Imagine this addon (even with it being rather simple) will be one of the most loved features of the RM on my site.
very good developer
