Unmaintained [SolidMean] IP and User Agent in Contact Email 1.0.2

10/14/2014: Version 1.0.2 (compatibility with XenForo 1.4.2)
- Upgraded actionConact() method to be compatible with contact form changes in XenForo 1.4.2. This addon now functions like the contact form function in stock XenForo 1.4.2, but also includes the sender's USER_AGENT property to determine the browser they are using.

10/7/2014: Version 1.0.1 (minor improvements)
- Changed the IP address in the email to a link to the ip-lookup.net server.
- Added the user agent below the IP address to help with browser problem analysis.
- A performance improvement in which code listener to use.
