Getting this error while trying to log into the admin panel. This happens in first try but not in second.

I began getting this error in my admin CP. At first I thought it was a 2.3 issue but then I realized that I had two licenses and I downloaded my other site's files :) How can I solve it? Can wait for next Beta.
