When I try to upgrade XenForo from v2.2.6 Patch 2 to v2.2.8 Patch 1, I got an error: When was the column file_hash added on the table xf_image_proxy? I see that this is not existed in v2.2.6 Patch 2 but its existed in v2.2.8 Patch 1?
