Vbulletin user profiles imported have format that will not work properly

xenforo needs:
/members/username.77777/
or
/members/77777
Is there a rewrite rule to fix? I have looked with google and cannot find the answer, so I am forced to ask.

Most material is reference data that is visited and read, but no comments left.
People have used over ten years and never registered, as they are user not creator level.
Some very old imported threads link to a nonworking url string for threads.

What should I add to .htaccess to amend this?

and that it will show in the error logs as lots of repeated registration errors.
The person will not give me specifics but it is related to registration.

I had a user who made a script to wipe the site of all the content he controlled. I have backups, and I want to restore all the data
he changed.
Can I just import his data in XF_post from old DB and all is ok, or will xenforo want more than that?
I do not wish to reinstall this old compromised add on. I cannot remove it from the list, I get this message. How to remove the old
add on from the list? Files do not exist, fresh xenforo install and database restore.
