On my site I have an arbitration forum where banned users can plead their case and be unbanned if they agree to behave better. However this means that although I can stop the banned user starting new Conversations, the users are still allowed to reply to existing conversations as there is no permission to restrict this.
This has led to some banned members abusing users though the PC system whilst going through arbitration and I haven't been alerted as sometimes the users are reluctant to report it since it is a PC.
Would it be possible to add a 'reply to PC' permission below the 'start a PC' permission?
This would also be useful if someone wants to restrict posters with less than XYZ posts from replying to PC's until they have been on the site for a while.
