Implemented ACP: active user upgrades UI improvement

In admin control panel in active user upgrades section I can see all users who have a specific upgrade. From that list I can manually downgrade any user. URL of such list: admin.php?user-upgrades/old-subscribers.3/active

Problem is, that list is big. 77 pages big on my forum. Users are not sorted in that list, there is no search option. That makes manually downgrading user extremely hard when there are many subscribers.

I suggest to add search option to admin control panel -> user upgrades -> list active upgrades.

There's also no ability to edit the expiry date, so if we want to change it, we have to downgrade users and set them up again, which is tedious... please add the ability to edit the date.

I would like the ability to sort by end date. It's nice to send an email to remind them the upgrade has ended, and this would make it easier.
