before the old threads were locked and released this
to prevent it from getting lost, so that others could benifit from
the collective useful and kind works from the authors above.

OPEN SOURSE to XenForo Customers for importing to XenForo

************ HOW TO INSTALL ************

1) Backup your database (always wise to do)

2) Backup the following file
xenforo_dir \library\XenForo\Importer\vbulletin.php

3) UPLOAD all files within the upload folder

4) Import the following add-on
addon-vb4ToXf11.xml

5) Run the importer, BUT remember import attachments LAST

Although the "import attachments" button is enabled right
after you import the posts, attachments should be the LAST
thing you import (after the blogs, CMS articles and other stuff).
Otherwise it won't work. The button is enabled on purpose for
people who don't want to import blogs and articles.

6) Verify everything has been imported

7) Complete import

8) DONE. Enjoy.
