[WMTech] External Link Interstitial 1.0.4

Description:
External Link Interstitial is a very small add-on which activates the built-in interstitial screen in XenForo 1.3 to be shown at all external links if you've enabled link proxy.

This has 3 Advantages:
1) Your visitor gets a message that she/he now leaves your site.
2) The referer-log of the target URL does not refer to the actual page with the link at your site any more.
3) It enables Skimlink and similar services to work as intended.

By default the XenForo built-in redirect screen is only shown if an error occurs within the link proxy system (wrong hash or the proxy was not called from your site). Normally the link proxy transparently and silently redirects your visitor to the target URL right after the click.

This add-on changes that behavior and enables the redirect interstitial screen for all external links at your site and still counts the click for the Link Proxy Log in your ACP.

If you want to style the interstitial screen, please refer to the "link_redirect" template which is part of every XenForo installation and can be changed as you like.

There are no options for this add-on. Simply deactivate it, if you no longer want to show the interstitial to all external links.

IMPORTANT:
This add-on only works if you've enabled the "Link Proxy" in XenForo (ACP > Options > Messages > Image and Link Proxy).
