When I first noticed it I used it a bit here, but as time went on and things became more busy I stopped using it as much. I do however use it on my own sites much more frequently.
I've never used the IPB converter myself but someone else asked about Blogs in this thread and the answer from someone who has used the converter was
This is the xenforo -> ipb redirection release...
True, but it doesn't hurt to know that there are some aspects pulled from the framework and that you can extend Zend when writing your own ad on, I've seen this done a few times already.
There are quite a few ways to do it, probably the easiest way on a shared server is to create a blank html document in the root called index.html then add a line to htaccess
Redirect /index.html http://www.YOURDOMAIN.com/YOURSUBDOMAINFOLDER/
Congrats :)
You have to change the domain once you move it in your license options, no need to redownload it though.
You are allowed to have one test install on your domain in a locked directory though.

I would say this would probably be the case, he created his user name not you, he just sounds like the typical sore sport.
P.S. This gave me a good laugh as well, thanks. :ROFLMAO:
I've noticed this one as well a few times before I just can't remember exactly what I had did to cause it or I'd post my examples as well. I think it's happened to me in both firefox and chrome.
Forum ban is core
/admin.php?node-permissions/1/
in the top right type a username and click set permissions
Example:
/admin.php?node-permissions/1/user&user_id=1
revoke view node & any other options you desire such as post thread, reply, etc & save
I have never heard of or experienced this issue either I suppose it could still be a browser related issue though, maybe a clash with a browser extension?
